Embracing this ethos, seasoned entrepreneur Craig Buchan has joined forces with experienced hospitality and wine specialist Luke Morland to launch Fi:k, a colloquial term for ‘café’ in Swedish.
Together, they have created a a minimalist, Scandinavian-look café and take-away, bringing a taste of the Shoreditch coffee scene to Yorkshire.
